Best eyeshadow brand for Makeup artists?

I am currently building up my kit as a new makeup artists, but what eye shadows should i get?!





I don't know weather to save up and continue using MAC (or something similar) or get a YABY palette and have lots more colours for my money?Best eyeshadow brand for Makeup artists?
Makeup Forever and Urban Decay have very high quality shadows, in many finishes and shades; I believe Makeup Forever is used mostly by makeup artists.





I haven't tried MAC products, but I know they have a very extensive collection of colors, finishes, and formulas.

I would suggest you to save up and go with MAC since they are very good quality and the color is amazing.





HOWEVER there are loads more brand that have amazing quality as well, since your an upcoming makeup artist i would suggest you to stack some of those coastalscents palette the 88 ones and many more since they have all different kind of colors, if you want to work with a blue look then you have blue! Rather than spending a fortune on MAC. But i do prefer mac more but for the price of coastalscent it's amazing! It's very pigmented the shadows.

But i really do recommend you to get one of those 88 palettes, you can do so many looks with it.

You don't have to bust the bank buying MAC. If you do some research, you'll see the majority of Hollywood artists only use MAC on photoshoots and whatnot. If you know how to appropriately apply MAC (since the high pigmentation is often tricky when blending) which I assume you do, sign up for the MAC artist discount- go to their website and read all about it.





When I was still doing makeup I used a ton of the Sephora brand makeup. The colors are awesome! They have a ton of different colors at a good price point, and they were all similar to MAC colors and super close to the texture of NARS.
Hi, you're better off doing some research first. For example will you be wedding day makeup or fashion shoots. Obviously with wedding shoots you will need lighter colours and with fashion shoots the opposite. Personally I wouldn't bother with Mac firstly their prices are really high and for that amount of money you can find something better. I'm not sure where you are eg. USA or UK. But when I used to do makeovers mostly for Indian weddings I used a variety of Virgin Vie, Trish McEvoy and also a brand called Bella Pierre. Bella Pierre do pots of glitter and loose eyeshadow and you could 9 pots for around 拢50. In my opinion it was well worth the price. Hope that helps. if you need any other help let me know.

I would suggest coastal scents pallettes. The pallettes they have to offer are all under the 20$ mark their most expensive being their newest one at 24.95$ which I think is an amazing price for the 88 different colors that you get. Coastal scents have great pigmentation also. So I would go for coastal scents for price and quality. Hope I helped.

Aside from MAC you can use Bobbi Brown, Make Up Forever, NARS, Urban Decay, Smashbox and Shu Uemura. Although Shu Uemura is more expensive than MAC, all of their colors are amazing.

u should google Dinair Airbrush Makeup...they have tons of great colors and stencils for awesome eye makeup...ive been using their makeup for the past 2 years and i LOVE it...its worth at least looking at their site...hope i helped...=)
