How should i do my makeup ?*eyeshadow*

Like I just want to know if any color eyeshadow would look good one me , when i try to do the smokey eye it doesn't look good on me...Idk , I have brown eyes and ppl say any eyeshadow goes well with brown eyes...I wear foundation , mascara and eyeshadow...I have some brown eyeliner and black..I basically have every color eyeshadow not red though..fyi !!!!!! anyways , I just want some supper cute easy to do looks...what looks have you tryed and done and do did they look good... I love bright colored eyeshadows i think they are sooooooo cute....I wear eyeshadow on the bottom on too..How should i do my makeup ?*eyeshadow*
use black eyeliner on top and botton


use mascara..black
