i think different color eyeliner really makes them pop. purple works best. just put on as if its black, and it looks really nice too. i suggest u buy eyeliner at hot topic, only 1.99, they work really good btw.

Personally, I think for brown eyes it looks nicer with either dark eyeliner and with a smokey black look on your eyes.. or you could curl your eyelashes and put a little mascara on them to give a more natural look which makes your eyes stand out. Hope this helps:).
