What makeup brand is best for eyeshadow, eyeliner, and mascara?

I use Maybelline eyeshadow, eyeliner and mascara. They work pretty well. But I have heard that MAC's products are very good. Are MAC eyeshadow, eyeliner and mascara good? I use mascara and eyeliner on regular bases. Money is not a concern.
