Eyeshadow, and other makeup questions?

I'm almost 14, and I have turquoise eyes, white (but not pale) skin, and dirty blond hair. What colour of eyeshadow would look good with my eyes. Also, what makeup brands should I not use. I know that NYC is a very cheap brand, but what other ones are bad for your skin, or use animal testing? What is better to wear lip gloss, or chapstick? Lol, sorry for all the questions, but here's another one. What could I do to make my eyes pop? Because right now, I wear glasses, and my face is sort of plain, and people say my eyes and hair are my best features, so how do I make my eyes stand out, and show how beautiful they really are? Thanks sooo much!Eyeshadow, and other makeup questions?
Use peach, melon and bronze coloured eye shadows. You could also try brown eyeliner on the upper lash line to make your eyes pop.

I personally love Cover Girl makeup - it's inexpensive, and very good quality. It's great for starting out.

Hope this helps!Eyeshadow, and other makeup questions?
First of all, don't wear eyeshadow the same color as you eyes, because it will just make them blend in more, and the same thing for eyeliner, etc. I would suggest maybe a light brown color, or maybe even something pink.

I prefer chapstick because it makes your lips very soft, and also makes them shiny, so it looks like you are wearing lip gloss, but its actually helping your lips, as opposed to covering them with junky chemicals.

These companies are against animal testing:

- Aveda

- Avon

- Clinique

- Estee Lauder

- Nordtsrom cosmetics

Hope I helped! (:
look for eye makeup in gray, violet, taupe, purple, and deep blue. Many have found using a dark shade of blue will actually bring out the more natural blue tones in your eyes; giving you a brighter and more vibrant look.

Drugstore Suggestions:

1. Violets and Purples: CoverGirl Eye Enhancers, Trio Eye shadow, Dance Party #125, ~$5.00

2. Gray and Deep Blue: Revlon ColorStay 12 Hour Eye Shadow, Sultry Smoke #342, ~$7.00

3. Taupe: CoverGirl Eye Enhancers - Single Eye Shadow, Tapestry Taupe #760, ~$4.00
use light browny, almost bronzy eye shadow cause that colour always brings out blue eyes a lot, try maybe using pencil eye liner on the inside of your eyes, to make the colour stand out more, mascara maybe? not too much so it looks clumped, just very natural looking!
id say wear light pink eyeshadow, and no eyeliner. thats what make eyes really pop.the brand of eyeshadow i use is maybelline new york. you can get really pretty colors from that brand
ok, I can answer some of your questions, okay?

Q: What color of eye shadow would look good with my eyes?

A: I think a darker color like brown or tan would work, not pink or blue, or purple, or black.

Q: What is better to wear lip gloss, or chapstick?

A: Well...chapstick won't give you a lot of shine, so I think a small amount of lip gloss. No sparkles.

Q: What could I do to make my eyes pop?

A: Eye liner could help, but don't put TOO much on, okay? The darker eye shadow will help too. Maybe mascara could help?

Hope it helps and Happy Holidays! ^.^
