I love MAC eye shadow because the pigment is so intense, colours are beautiful and they last ages. If you're eye are blue or green you wants colours that are NOT blue or green- they need to contrast.

for blue eyes, golden/bronze eyeshadows makes the blue stand out even more.





green eyes should be emphasized with purplish toned eyeshadows.





best brand for eyeshadows varies.. but i really love mac and urban decay :)
