Iimagine you are a teenager, right? LESS is more!!! A little eyeliner and a curling of your lashes and you're good to go. For PLEASE don't give yourself raccoon eyes with tons of black liner and a gazillion coats of mascara.... it makes you look hard and tough, and not at all pretty.What do u think is the best way to use makeup on your eyes? eyeshadow? eyepencel?
Well I put a light shimmery eyeshadow on the lower lid, and then a swipe of just a little darker brown eyeshadow right under the bone : ) I also add some dark brown eye liner and a little mascara : )

1. a lot of guys don't care if you have makeup on, if you're pretty, then cool, if not, then the guy is shallow if he leaves you about it


2. I can only put it one way, and it's going to seem rude... how often do you think the guys who admire your beauty actually look at your eyes?
i use , black eyeliner inseide , thin line on top and then smudge it and then a color that goes with what im wearin i take the same eye shadow and put it right in the corner of my eye :%26gt;
