The great thing about having blue eyes (you're lucky) is that they just naturally look beautiful. It really doesn't matter. Just wear eye makeup that draws attention to them. That could mean wearing very light eyeshadow, it doesn't mean you have to wear all black. That would ruin your natural beauty. :)
i think a darkish gold color (bronzy) would look great with ur eye color.
browns! Light and dark blues, especially golden colors!

the hair colors not too important. blue eye's are good with purples, grays, browns, and GREEN. I love the way green looks with blue eyes. not crazy bright green.
