Makeup Eyeshadow question????????

ok, so i usually wear browns/lightbrowns, and i do a smoky eye...... but i am at a loss because my right eye is blue, and the left is blue on the bottom half and brown on the top. anyways getting to the point, i am going to a wedding next month, and im going to be getting a spray tan so my skin will be WAY darker, so what colors of eyeshadow will be complimentary and make my eyes really POP??

use like a dark turquoise color!


and like start dark form the bottom.


and make it lighter as you get higher!

but too bright will just be... yuk
